i love nyc!

I know you're thinking I must have become lost in NYC, but I'm actually home... just taking a bit of a break!

I absolutely loved NYC, and did express (several times) how I now want an apartment there!! It was a fabulous trip, and we're already making plans to go back. It is a mere 4 1/2 hour drive from our house!

Wicked was fantastic!! I laughed, I cried.... it was an amazing performance.

It was a perfect first visit to the Big Apple, and a perfect first Broadway performance.

Wishing you a fun and safe holiday weekend!

  1. Welcome home! I agree; NYC is one of my favorite cities. Mike had an assignment there; the company gave us an apt. on the Upper East side. How fortunate were we?! We had our home here, should Mike want to escape the city for a wkend; they flew me down whenever I wanted to go. We went to so many shows, museums, restaurants. Great city!
Thanksgiving Day is a great time there; I highly recommend it.

  9. You've been out in the boonies so of course you want an apartment in NYC, as do we all. We should suggest a communal one. Find four friends and split it up! We all love country living, but after awhile, bright lights big city is a blast!
    Best,
    Liz

  14. We vacation in the city every spring, and I love it there too! We're just a 7-hour drive, so it's not too far from home, but filled with inspiration and fun!
