    Soft and quiet...we don't get much fog here in the rockies! Photos like this make me long for foggy misty days back home on the Oregon Coast. Thank you for sharing it with us.

    No, it was taken earlier this week. Since we are on a hill we get lots of fog here! And, it is "wicked";) windy here today too, and my masons are working on the very top of the chimney:O!

    Great photo...makes me feel like yesterday when we lived in CT. We have lots of fog here too on the coast, but it's way different from the fog in the meadow. Beautiful!

    I have so enjoyed following your renovation journey. You have created a truly spectacular home. Last weekend while visiting my son at Proctor in Andover NH, we did some driving to visit a school in Caanan with my other son. I kept hoping that somewhere on our travels we would spy your lovely house and I could drop a note in your mailbox. I am in awe and look forward to the continuing saga.

    Beautiful photo. It doesn't get as cold here but sometimes in our little valley we get a morning fog in winter. I love to go out and get the weekend paper and just drink in the view.

    There's a quietude of emotion in this pic. Just gorgeous, Joan. There used to be a grove of eucalyptus on a nearby street where the fog would hang on mist-filled mornings, creating a blurred beauty. Loved it!

We lived in your town for 12 years (in a new home) before moving to Walpole NH where we have been restoring an old house for the past 13 years!
