love love love your house...sheer perfection I visit here often to find inspiration. I can't help but have a deja vu: where you a member of Great Impressions ages ago...I somehow have the impression I recognize your style... Giovanna
Don't you just love the way our homes look at night lit from within? That's the best part of a night run errand...peekng inside as I drive by. :) xoxo Dianne
Anon 11:21- the chandelier is from an antiques shop in Dallas.
Giovanna- I was not, but now that you mention it I do recall getting many hits from that site not too long after I started blogging, so I assumed someone had a mentioned the blog in a thread?!
Dianne- So true! I get to peak in my house and in others;)
Love the peek into your dining room, but am I weird because I focused on the gorgeous mullion pattern on your window instead of everything in the room?!! ;-)
So this post is for people like me who take walks at night and crane their necks to see what's inside all of those houses! Heck, I'll admit that I'm a peeping tom, but I'm looking for paint colors and art and furniture arrangements!
Hi Joan, Dan, and Ella: I love a home that has lights on, in the evening...and not just so we can see inside! I think lighting takes a house and makes it a home. Cindy
Love that!! I love taking walks through my neighborhood in the early evenings and seeing little peeks into peoples homes. Thats why I always have a lamp on in my front window-it just emanates a feeling of warmth & home! Great pic!
I love this photograph! It is one of my favourite photographic subjects - outside looking in - It always gives just a hint of someone elses life and leaves you wanting more -LOVELY :-)
You have such a pretty home. I came across your blog and spent hours looking. I'm excited to see all you do to your barn. We are in the middle of buying a 40 year old home that needs some work but has a lot of fun stuff already. you gave me some great ideas.
